SERVER. No person has ever had any losses on credit cards using our SECURE
SERVER. All your information is encrypted and sent directly to us. This system uses non-internet channels to transmit
financial, commercial bank, and classified government information. It is safer than using your card at a store
where many people have access to your card number and name. Millions of transfers are made daily on this system
and it has never been compromised.
When you order using our shopping cart you will see the "http" in the
address line change to "https". The added "s" indicates that the connection is now secure.
Depending on the type of browser you are using, you should also see a small closed lock appear somewhere on the
page. Some browsers put the lock in the right side of the address line. Or it may be in the lower right corner
of the browser. Some browsers tell you who issued the certificate when you run the mouse over the lock. Our certificate
is signed by EQUIFAX. The words "secure19.worldaxxs.net" may appear next to the lock on some computers/browsers.
In some cases the address line will turn yellow. If you have trouble seeing our secure logo or lock, just give
us a call and we will help you find it or just take your order on our toll-free phone.
We accept AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, MASTERCARD and VISA.
All cards must be valid in the U.S.A. and be payable in dollars. Your order is acknowledged by e-mail for most
customers. Some customers will not receive our e-mails because of the SPAM setting on their ISP or their computer.
If you are using a computer that is protected by a "firewall" (an isolation system used by some large
firms and banks) you may not be able to get through to our SECURE SERVER SYSTEM. If the date is wrong on your computer
you may not be able to use our SECURE SERVER. If you are rejected for any reason you can always call our toll-free
number.
Finally, you can send us an order using a money order. Write out your order on any
convenient paper telling us what you want and how you are paying and send it to us. Put your phone number or e-mail
address on the paper so that we can reach you if we have a question. Remember, we can accept only money orders
in U. S. dollars. All orders from outside the U.S.A. must pay with charge card or INTERNATIONAL money orders in
U. S. dollars. Money orders must be made out to POPULAR PRODUCTS.
Insurance available on USA shipments by request at additional cost.
Our minimum order is $19.00 for USA and USD $29.00 for International shipments.
Orders for less than these amounts will be charged a handling fee in an amount to bring the total for the order
to the minimum amounts.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
International shipments are required to be covered by insurance at additional
cost of USD 4.75. Orders over USD 100.00 will be charged USD 9.75 for insurance. Insurance is written by the Travelers
Insurance Company of America. ANY SHIPMENT OUTSIDE OF THE 50 STATES OF THE UNITED STATES IS CLASSIFIED BY US AS
INTERNATIONAL . APO ADDRESSES ARE INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.
FURTHER, IF THE BILLING ADDRESS AND THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ARE IN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES,
THEN THE SHIPMENT IS CLASSIFIED BY US AS INTERNATIONAL.

You can make only one copy of the item or kit you purchase. You cannot make multiple copies for sale or to give
away.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
Items can only be exchanged for items of equal or greater price. Discontinued
items cannot be exchanged.
Copyright: Any opened item that contains a copyrighted chart, instruction sheet,
booklet or canvas cannot be exchanged except for another copy of the same chart or item. Defective Items: We allow
10 days from the date of the order receipt for customers to report defective items or errors. We will correct or
replace any missing or defective items. After 10 days we do not accept claims for defective items.
Authorization: We do not accept any items for exchange without our
authorization.
All unopened items: Exchanges must have a customer exchange number on a label issued by us on the outside of the
return package and must be addressed according to our special instructions. Obtain the return label by writing
to us at the below address. Telephone or email requests for an exchange label cannot be accepted. Unauthorized
returns without the exchange label will not be accepted and will be refused,
returned to the sender or discarded. 15% or more of the purchase price plus
all shipping costs may be charged for exchange, re-stocking, handling, or damage on any exchanges. The item to
be exchanged must be in our hands within 30 days or less. Items received after 30 days of the original customer
receipt will not be accepted.
